What is the Gotchiverse?
Gotchiverse is the first DeFi game that can run on a browser. It is an immersive GameFi experience playground specially created for Aavegotchis. Players can explore, build, fight, and socialize with friends in the game, while making money through the game.

As the place where Aavegotchis work and live, the Gotchiverse has a vast land, including three different areas: Citaadel (castle), The Grid (grid) and The Beyond (barren land).
Citaadel (castle)
The Citaadel (castle) has the highest security factor, and the imps can play freely in it. The castle can be protected from the liquidator's invasion, and it has become the big base of Aavegotchis.
The Grid
The grid is another area of the Gotchiverse that includes everything but the castle. Plots in the grid (plots on which to build walls and towers) are plentiful, but grids are not as protected as castles and should be taken with care, liquidators lurk around every corner.
Similar to the big portal in the castle, the grid also has a key landmark - The Aarena "arena". In the arena, the little ghosts who have always been peaceful and loving, will occasionally be aggressive. Aavegotchis fight with each other, and Aavegotchis with a high enough spirit value can steal the opponent's spirit value in the exciting "Battle Royale".

Aavegotchi's play and earn ecology

Alchemy (Gotchus Alchemica), composed of the four elements of the Gotchiverse - FUD, FOMO, ALPHA and KEK. Alchemy Coins are a native element of the Gotchiverse and play an important role in crafting devices and building land. The total supply of Alchemy Coins is fixed and limited.
There are three ways to obtain Alchemy Coins (the first two belong to the same category):
Alchemy coin channel.Aavegotchis can enter the alchemy coin channel through the alchemy tower on the Realm owned by its owner, and then obtain a certain amount of alchemy coins. The specific amount depends on the kid's kinship level, the higher the level, the more alchemy coins you can get. Moreover, each Aavegotchi has at least one chance to enter the alchemy channel to obtain alchemy coins every 24 hours. This frequency is related to the level of the alchemy tower. For example, a level 9 alchemy tower can pass through once an hour.
public channel.Aavegotchi pets can also obtain corresponding alchemy coins by participating in group gatherings. Aavegotchi must wear the relevant guild badge and appear on the Realm plot during the ceremony to be valid. Alchemy coins will be bred faster for each additional Aavegotchi participating in the public passage ritual.
farming.Harvesters and reservoirs are special devices that can mine alchemy coins from under the surface of the Gotchiverse. Once built, alchemy coins begin to accumulate passively, but each harvester can harvest one type of alchemy coins, and each reservoir can hold a certain amount of one Alchemy coins, with increased recovery and capacity as the level of installation increases. X amount of collected alchemy coins enters the reservoir, Y amount overflows to the nearby land, and Z amount enters the portal. In general, lower level reservoirs have higher overflow volumes and overflow radii, and these quantities decrease with further upgrades.

Gotchi Lending
The sharing economy on the Aavegotchi chain, Gotchi lending allows players to lend all their Aavegotchi NFTs to other players. This feature will be launched on March 28. At that time, Aavegotchi's attribute of earning while playing will be brought into full play. All of NFT can set related fees for lending kid, including loan period, revenue split and so on. Of course, these operations are 100% on the blockchain, and smart contracts will allow players to share Aavegotchi NFT safely and credibly.

Guild channel
The guild in Gotchiverse is different from the game guild in our human world. In Gotchiverse, the main representative of the guild is a special device that can be installed on any Realm land - the attic. Guild members can gather and chat in the attic and enjoy the benefits of members; they can also participate in the decoration of the attic.
To enter the attic, you need to wear the corresponding guild badge. There are two types of guild badges: wearable badges and honor badges. The former gives guild access permissions, and the latter gives guild access permissions. Of course, this is a special NFT that must be issued by Aavegotchi hold or equip. However, even if you sometimes have a badge, the guild can limit the access of the imps by restricting access and setting up white lists.

GAX and GLTR
The establishment of GAX (Gotchus Alchemica Exchange) provides stable and sufficient liquidity for alchemy coins. It is a key infrastructure in the Aavegotchi protocol, and it also provides a sustainable source of income for economic rewards in the game.
Compared with traditional DEX (Decentralized Exchange), GAX has three main differences. One is liquidity, GAX is designed to meet the specific needs of the Aavegotchi protocol, that is, the liquidity of economic tokens that own and incentivize the Gotchiverse; the other is low fees, because GAX is less dependent on third-party liquidity, it has the ability to Set a lower transaction fee than other DEXs; the third is continuous player rewards. The transaction fees in GAX belong to the player reward pool, which is a fund reward specially set up for players.
In addition, GAX has also introduced GLTR (GAXLiquidity Token Reward) pass. Most DEX tokens have no further utility except governance rights, but GLTR is different. It has strong utility, but GLTR does not have GAX Governance rights, because in Gotchiverse, GHST is the only governance token.
The main utility of GLTR is to allow Gotchiverse players to speed up crafting and upgrading their gear by burning GLTR, allowing them to level up faster. It can also serve as the primary token required for wearable badge auctions; guilds can also choose to burn GLTR to speed up the time to their next guild channel transfer. Far more than that, GLTR will be endowed with more game utility in the future.
