Saturn Hackathon As part of the Hackathon track of the 2021 Wanxiang Blockchain Week, Filecoin officially invites developers with different development experiences to participate in this hackathon and explore and inspire more ideas.

Any project developed using/based on Filecoin or IPFS, or decentralized storage services using Filecoin or IPFS (such as using Estuary, Slate, nft, storage, web3.storage, ...) can participate and win awards. A total of $15,000 worth of rewards has been set for this hackathon.

(1) Take the lead in the direction of the competition

1. Store your application data in a decentralized manner: As a decentralized storage network, Filecoin encourages developers to store their application data on the Filecoin network.

We encourage developers to store and retrieve data on Filecoin by using Estuary, nft.storage, textile, web3.storage and other tools, such as: decentralized DockerHub or Github; encrypted art gallery based on IPFS/Filecoin; academic/scientific research Storage of data; NFT; decentralized dropbox/cloud services; any decentralized application using Filecoin.

2. 1. Project description

2. The repo link of the open source code

The project code must be open source and visible, and the repo of the project needs to be submitted to ensure that the judges can evaluate whether the code successfully uses IPFS/Filecoin; provide a comprehensive README.md file. A README file that specifically describes the working principle of the project must be submitted, and includes an explanation of how the project uses IPFS/Filecoin, a link to the project demo, or a test guide.

3. A two- to three-minute display video needs to have the following content

JUPITER Hackathon

Hosted by the IPFS community, Jupiter Hackathon is the community's "2021 Asian Hackathon Season: The first start-up event among three events, aiming to help Asian developers using IPFS technology to certify, accelerate, and incubate their wonderful ideas, and cultivate global The developer community builds new start-ups, develops innovative applications, solves major problems and makes the future of the web more powerful, secure and decentralized based on the IPFS protocol.

Jupiter Hackathon invites traditional Internet developers and blockchain developers who are interested in Web3.0 distributed storage; the basic unit is to sign up for the competition, with 1 to 5 people in groups, and form a team by yourself. This hackathon is divided into two parts: the online preliminary round and the offline final round.

(1) Online Preliminary Competition

The online preliminary competition needs to meet the minimum submission standards (that is, submit at least the following information to meet the minimum standards for passing the preliminary competition), and the standards include:

2. Scoring criteria

Mars Hackathon

Previously, Filecoin announced a partnership with Polygon to accelerate Web3 interoperability between the two ecosystems. This collaboration started with the recent creation of the Filecoin-Polygon Bridge by the Textile team.
