Solanais a fast, secure and censorship-free blockchain that provides global users with an open infrastructure to create the best experience for blockchain users and developers.

This Hackathon aims to allow developers to actively participate in the development practice on the Solana blockchain, and produce multiple DeFi, NFT, Web3 and other technical projects. We encourage participants to produce innovative blockchain projects, which can be either infrastructure-based development or tools that contribute to the development of the Solana ecosystem. The only requirements for the project are:Must somehow incorporate the Solana public chain into their projects.

In the Solana Grant Online Hackathon, we will arrange live project demos, workshop technical courses, and a series of blockchain-themed open discussion activities for participating projects to help developers get started with Solana and get more technical guidance!If you build it, they will come!

3. During the Hackathon, we will conduct multiple rounds of project demos. Uploading projects early will attract more attention, increase project exposure, and attract more voting and financing opportunities.

About Solana

Solana is a fast, low-fee, and censorship-resistant blockchain designed to enable builders to rapidly deploy and scale applications to billions of users around the world. The Solana Foundation, in partnership with Serum, the largest DeFi project in the ecosystem, will host a hackathon aimed at developers trying to leverage our technology to build a plethora of DeFi (Decentralized Finance) applications programs and tools.

During the DeFi heat wave of summer 2020, Serum launched a decentralized exchange that supports on-chain order books. It is built on Solana, a high-speed blockchain with extremely low transaction costs. About Raydium

The Raydium team has over two decades of combined experience in market making, arbitrage and high frequency trading in both cryptocurrency and traditional markets. In the summer of 2020, they started building Raydium.

Unlike other AMM platforms, Raydium can provide on-chain liquidity to the central limit order book, which means that Raydium users and liquidity pools can access the order flow and liquidity of the entire Serum ecosystem, and vice versa. All these functions are realized by building on Solana.
