Liu Luyao and 50 to 60 people led by him surrounded and took away the business license. According to financial news on the chain, at present, Ketuan Zhan has reported to the local police station——Shangdi Police Station, and the Shangdi Police Station has dispatched the police to deal with it.

People familiar with the matter said that since Ketuan Zhan was kicked out by Wu Jihan, he has been "in exile" outside, unable to intervene in Beijing Bitmain's affairs, and the possibility of being notified to sign and obtain a business license due to changes in other company information is relatively small. The possibility is that Ketuan Zhan of Ketuan Zhan has been restored as the legal representative of Beijing Bitmain. According to a senior legal person, if the legal person has changed at the industrial and commercial level, even if the business license is taken away, it will not affect Ketuan Zhan's legal person status.

According to previous news, the legal representative of Beijing Bitmain was first changed from Ketuan Zhan to Jihan Wu on October 28, 2019, and then from Jihan Wu to Luyao Liu on January 2, 2020.

As of February 12 this year, Ketuan Zhan filed an administrative reconsideration with the Justice Bureau of Haidian District, Beijing, applying to revoke the change of Beijing Bit's legal representative and restore him as the legal representative. On April 28, the Beijing Haidian District Justice Bureau made a reconsideration decision to revoke the Beijing Haidian District Market Supervision Bureau’s decision on January 2 to approve the change registration of the legal representative of Beijing Bit, but did not decide to restore Ketuan Zhan as the legal representative .
