pump.fun sold SOL for the first time since its coin issuance, cashing out $16.28 million USDC

According to on-chain analyst Yu Jin, pump.fun sold 86,000 SOL tokens five hours ago, cashing out $16.28 million in USDC. This was the first sale since the token's launch. Funds came from a fee-based wallet and a wallet that previously executed a PUMP buyback. The funds were first transferred to Kraken and then withdrawn to the blockchain for an average price of $189. Officials also disclosed that they repurchased $8.42 million worth of PUMP tokens over the past week, totaling 72.9 units, representing 0.729% of the total supply.
