CZ requests dismissal of FTX Trust's $1.76 billion lawsuit, claiming US court lacks jurisdiction
2 hours ago

Odaily Planet Daily reports that Binance co-founder CZ has filed a motion with the Delaware Bankruptcy Court, requesting the dismissal of a lawsuit filed by FTX Trust for approximately $1.76 billion. CZ claims that he is a resident of the United Arab Emirates and not "domicile" in Delaware, arguing that the state court lacks jurisdiction over him and that the allegations do not have extraterritorial application. The lawsuit seeks to recover funds diverted from a share repurchase transaction by FTX founder SBF. (Cointelegraph)
