Bullish, a cryptocurrency trading platform under Block.one, the parent company of EOS (now Vaulta), has filed documents with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to raise up to $629 million through an initial public offering (IPO). The company operates a digital asset trading platform and owns the well-known cryptocurrency media outlet CoinDesk.
