The U.S. SEC Crypto Task Force will hold a series of roundtable meetings across the United States
a day ago

According to official news from Odaily Planet Daily, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced that its Crypto Task Force will travel to several cities across the United States over the coming months to host a series of roundtable discussions. These roundtable discussions aim to provide crypto stakeholders with direct opportunities to engage with SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce. Representatives from startup crypto projects with fewer than 10 employees and less than two years of age are particularly welcome to participate, ensuring more comprehensive and diverse regulatory policymaking.

Commissioner Peirce expressed his hope to hear the voices of those who were unable to attend the Washington Roundtable this spring, emphasizing that the regulatory framework will have a profound impact on the industry, and the SEC hopes to achieve more comprehensive outreach through extensive communication.

Project representatives interested in participating can submit an application via email, detailing their team composition and project profile, and specifying the cities in which they would like to participate. The SEC plans to publicly list the participating projects to promote transparent dialogue and public participation. This series of roundtables is seen as a key initiative by the SEC to promote openness and inclusiveness in its crypto regulatory policies.
