08-01 11:33

Odaily Planet Daily reports that the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has opened retail channels for cryptocurrency exchange-traded notes (ETNs), stating that firms will soon be able to offer retail investors access to cryptocurrency exchange-traded notes (cETNs). Crypto ETNs available to retail investors must be traded on a UK investment exchange (RIE) approved by the FCA. The FCA's ban on retail exposure to crypto asset derivatives will remain in effect. The FCA will continue to monitor market developments and consider its approach to high-risk investments.
