Gemini co-founder Tyler Winklevoss has questioned former US President Trump's nomination of Brian Quintenz as chairman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). Winklevoss pointed out that Quintenz, as global policy director at a16z and a member of the Kalshi board of directors, has a conflict of interest and may have sought to obtain non-public information about Kalshi's competitors within the CFTC.
