06-27 08:22

Odaily News TRM Labs reported that Israeli cyber units may have obtained internal data through a previous $90 million attack on Iran's largest cryptocurrency exchange, Nobitex, to arrest people suspected of spying for Iran. Just a few days after the attack, Israel announced the arrest of three people who worked for Iran in intelligence, two of whom had received cryptocurrency as compensation. Chainalysis also pointed out that Nobitex is an important hub in Iran's sanctioned crypto ecosystem and has been associated with multiple illegal entities. (TheBlock)
