Uniswap dismisses Bancor’s patent infringement lawsuit

Odaily News Uniswap Labs, the company behind the Uniswap decentralized trading platform, dismissed the infringement lawsuit filed by Bancor in the Southern District Court of New York, saying it was "attracting attention" as the regulatory situation of crypto and DeFi in the United States evolves. On Tuesday, Bancor announced that it would sue Uniswap Labs and the Uniswap Foundation, accusing them of infringing its patented technology. Bancor claimed that the Uniswap project had improperly used its "Constant Product Automated Market Maker" (CPAMM) infrastructure over the past eight years. (The Block)
