Odaily News The Solana wallet of Frank (Rohun Vora), the founder of the NFT project DeGods, was hacked, and 16 DeGods NFTs were sold, resulting in a loss of about 108 SOL (US$19,000). The incident occurred three days after he announced his resignation as CEO. Frank confirmed to the media that it was caused by a hacker attack, denied rumors that he sold NFTs, and emphasized that he still holds a large number of DeGods assets.
The floor price of DeGods has fallen from a peak of $37,000 in 2023 to around $1,000 currently. Frank handed over the project to pseudonymous team members Pasta and Chill this week, and he still holds more than $50,000 worth of DEGOD ecological tokens. The NFT project has caused controversy due to multiple cross-chain migrations, and in 2022 it also invested in BIG3 basketball league team shares. (Decrypt)
