On January 21 of this year, Trump announced at the White House that OpenAI, SoftBank, Oracle and others would invest $500 billion in the "Stargate project". Now, OpenAI hopes to establish a similar project for every country in the world, work with them to develop AI infrastructure, and provide a professional customized version of ChatGPT to improve medical care, education, law and other fields.
