Acala: Additional financial compensation of LDOT and DOT will be provided to users damaged by the Starlay protocol attack

Odaily News According to official news, Acala, the Polkadot ecosystem DeFi protocol, announced that the Starlay protocol was hacked last month due to the protocols USDC pool configuration. Starlay decided to first provide 2,995,578 ASTR to affected users to make up for 1/4 of the loss. The rest will be made up through new token airdrops. In order to further support community members affected by this incident, the Acala Foundation is also willing to provide additional financial compensation to users participating in the Starlay Pool, with a total of 70,890.1 LDOT and 5,532.733 DOT, accounting for approximately 5% of the reported losses.
