Coinbase chief legal officer: SEC may soon approve spot Bitcoin ETF

Odaily News Coinbase Chief Legal Officer Paul Grewal said in an interview that Coinbase is confident in the U.S. SEC’s approval of the Bitcoin ETF. He gave no specific timing, adding that any decision would ultimately rest with the SEC. Grewal added that the SEC may soon approve a spot Bitcoin ETF, highlighting its failure in court to prevent Grayscale from converting its GBTC into an ETF. (CNBC)
