ARK files updated version of Bitcoin spot ETF application

Odaily News Bloomberg senior ETF analyst Eric Balchunas posted on the X platform that ARK submitted an updated version of its Bitcoin spot ETF application to the SEC. The changes include that the net asset value calculation does not comply with GAAP accounting standards; Saved in a separate wallet on the Bitcoin blockchain so not commingled with company or other customer assets; and additional instructions for responding to questions.
