On Wednesday (20th), three more men were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit fraud and are now being detained for investigation. A total of 11 people have been arrested in the case so far. As of 5 p.m. on September 20, 2023, the police had received reports from 2,086 victims, involving a total amount of approximately HK$1.3 billion. The police said that the investigation was still ongoing and they did not rule out the arrest of more people.
